Leigh Harling Brown will be discussing the importance of dark skies and the need for their preservation; a topic very close to the hearts of all astronomers.

 

Leigh is a member of the Presteigne Dark Sky Society in Wales, so knows this region well.

 

Leigh's talk will be followed by the

Annual General Meeting.

 

The meeting will conclude with the regular 'What's On' presentation from Tony Cook.
